Seeking: pattern testers!

I’m finishing up the last details of the new Kate & Rose mini-collection of sewing patterns and I’m looking for a few more pattern testers. Would you like to be one of them?

Here’s what’s involved. When the patterns are ready for testing, you will receive a PDF of the instructions and pattern, printable on US letter or A4 size paper at home, or in the copyshop on 36″ or 90 cm paper, along with a brief note explaining what type of feedback I’m looking for. You will have two weeks to try the pattern and let me know what you think. Afterwards, I’d love to have photographs of your creation to share on the blog here. As a pattern tester, you will also receive a free paper copy of the pattern of your choice once the collection is released.

If you’re interested, send an email to, or leave a comment below. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi! Just found your blog today and read this article. Maybe its too late but I’m also interested. I think your patterns could be a great addiction to the existing sewing patterns. We have here in germany a busy sewing community and are always excited to see someone new on the indie pattern publishers!
I love your embroidery and the dresses that you show on your page.
    Bets, Katharina

Hi! I do realize I am a bit late for this – but if you’re looking for a petite 5 ft 2 inch tall woman with 31.5-24.5-33.5 measurements (an exact size 8 in the big 4, minus a couple inches in SOME bodices, but not all, and from the waist down I only need to adjust the hemline) then I would be quite honored to pattern test for you. Thanks so much for the opportunity. Regardless, I am very excited to see your new collection!
